 Design
The design department ensures that all specified criteria of customer requirements are met. Systems are designed on accepted formulae together with the vast experience and knowledge of the company’s design engineers.
All systems from the first official customer request through designing, building / manufacturing, testing and commissioning are completed according to stringent professional engineering practices.
Systems are designed to achieve all client specifications in the simplest and most cost-effective manner.
Extensive projects have in the past been undertaken by the department for the industrial, marine, steel, mining, agricultural and construction markets. The department is also involved in design and implementation of hydraulic pipe installations, where projects in the past have included up to 6000 m of installed piping. The department also oversees the flushing of systems where flushing rigs are available capable of flows up to 750 l/min at a pressure of 100 bar.
